Sessions can run standalone or as part of an away day, team-building event, or your existing internal training.
We offer half-day, full-day, and bespoke training packages each designed to run multiple scenarios with multiple participants. Whether you want to focus on one issue across the whole group, or split into smaller teams tackling different challenges simultaneously, we’ll build a structure that works.

HALF DAY PACKAGE
Perfect for focused teams or first-time training.

Run 3–4 scenarios across a half-day block. Groups can stay together or split into smaller teams running simultaneous sessions in separate rooms. All sessions include briefing, rehearsal, feedback, and optional legal/HR support.
FULL DAY PACKAGE
For wider training coverage or larger teams.

Run up to 8–10 scenarios across the day. Ideal for multiple teams, senior staff groups, or embedding rehearsal across a broader range of topics. Can run in rotation or simultaneously depending on space and structure, and all sessions also include briefing, rehearsal, feedback and optional legal/HR support.

Tailored completely for your management team.

We’ll work with you to design and deliver fully tailored sessions, from custom scenarios based on your real challenges, to rolling training programmes across departments. These can run across multiple days and are ideal for embedding rehearsal into your ongoing management or leadership training.
