​Our focus is on the moments that matter most: sensitive one-to-ones, disciplinary conversations, performance reviews, and team meetings. Too many managers are thrown into high-stakes conversations without ever practising them first, and these are often where issues begin, with a careless comment, a poor choice of language, or a clumsy attempt to address behaviour. When handled incorrectly, these situations often quickly escalate into formal grievances, legal disputes or resignations. It’s rarely due to lack of effort, it’s down to a lack of proper training. We prepare your team to handle these conversations correctly, early, and with confidence.

Using professional actors and bespoke scenarios, we run live roleplays that simulate high-stakes conversations in a safe but realistic environment. Each session is repeated with multiple actors, ensuring managers can’t rely on memorised scripts, but instead build real behavioural confidence. This can then be topped up with feedback from our trained Legal and ER/HR specialists.
